Here’s How It Works:

When you refer someone to Progress Solutions, and they sign up for coaching, you’ll earn a reward. Whether you prefer cash, gift cards, or unique experiences, we have something special for every referral.

How It Works:

Referral Submission: Clients refer someone they believe would benefit from our financial coaching services by simply providing us with their contact information or having the referred person mention their name during an initial consultation.

Successful Conversion: Once the referred client completes a coaching package and payment, the referring client qualifies for rewards.

Tiered Rewards: The program includes different reward levels depending on the number of successful referrals a client makes. The more referrals, the bigger and more personalized the rewards.

Referral Rewards Breakdown:

First Referral: $250 cash or a $250 gift card to a local restaurant or wellness brand. A slightly higher reward for the first successful referral, an extra incentive to get started!

2-3 Referrals: A premium gift or experience worth $200.

4-5 Referrals: A luxury experience gift or experience valued at $300.

For 6 or More Referrals: A luxury experience gift worth $500 for each referral.

Program Terms & Conditions:

Referral rewards are provided only after the referred person completes the full initial coaching package onboarding.

Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash but can be used for services, gift cards, or experiences.

Referrals must be new clients, not existing clients re-engaging with your services.

Referral rewards are capped at $2,500 per year to ensure sustainability for the business.

If your referral rewards exceed $600 within a calendar year, you may be issued a 1099 for tax reporting purposes. This is standard practice for businesses and helps ensure transparency in all transactions.

Referrers are responsible for ensuring that the person they refer agrees to share their contact info with Progress Solutions.

All reward payments and gifts will be delivered within 30 days of the referred client completing their payment.
