I have a finance degree. I earned my ChFC® designation. I spent years on Wall Street. I had more knowledge about money than most people will ever need.

And I still didn't have control of my own.

I was $60,000 in debt and felt like a fraud. I was giving people advice about their money while mine was a mess. I was winging it, reacting to money instead of directing it. Because I had no operating system. And when I finally figured that out, everything changed.

It had nothing to do with knowledge. It was never about the knowledge. It was always about the habits, the behaviors, and the system.

After 25 years working with hundreds of people who make great money and still felt behind, I can tell you: the problem is never them. It's that nobody ever built them an operating system for their money.

I've made and seen a lot of mistakes. Smart people learn from their own. Really smart people learn from other people's mistakes.

That's why I do this work.
